Marcellus Hartley Dodge, grandson of Marcellus Hartley, at the time of his marriage to Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge (1905) (L). Mr. Dodge made his home at HARTLEY FARMS for fifty-eight years. Mr. Dodge in the 1940's (R) as Chariman of Remington Arms and a distinguished Trustee of Columbia University. Mr. Dodge conducted much of his business during World War II and afterwards from his office at HARTLEY FARMS, including hosting President Dwight Eisenhower in the early 1950's.
